INGREDIENTS:
1 can jellied cranberry
1 small bottle light Catalina Dressing
2 lbs. boneless/skinless chicken (cubed)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 cup white or brown rice (before cooking)
DIRECTIONS:
COMBINE all ingredients (except rice) in a casserole dish;
COVER and REFRIGERATE
BAKE at 350 degrees for 1 hour, while cooking the rice.
SERVE over rice with a green vegetable
SERVES 4-6
